3.5.1: Instruction, including professional development for teachers (IFLA, 2015, p. 27).

Using their diagrams, participants will identify an early adopter/opinion leader with whom to collaborate. They will connect this targeted outreach with a driving force to enact their leader role and develop a plan for reaching out to that individual or group for collaborative work.
