After collectively reviewing the Padlet, the facilitator will post a Cacoo.com diagram (https://cacoo.com/diagrams/Hy0nSSbbV5MYrglg) to demonstrate the diffusion of innovations (Rogers 1995).
Each participant will create a diagram showing patterns of interaction and professional learning in their own schools. Participants will discuss their diagrams with a partner.
