Workshop Learning Objectives:

Participants will

1.    Learn about and connect with a systems thinking approach to building a culture of learning in their schools, districts, and professional environment.

2.    Identify their motivation and barriers to building partnerships.

3.    Apply a diffusion of innovations model to analyze their learning communities for the most promising colleagues with whom to build instructional/transformational partnerships.

4.    Leave the workshop with a plan to reach out to one or more promising partners and further build their instructional/transformational leadership.
